Information for authors
All papers received will be peer-reviewed following the usual reviewing standards. All accepted papers will be formally published and available through IEEE Xplore.

1. Submission of extend abstracts--No later than 23 September, 2009
An abstract is a document conveying the main points of the presented work. Following no particular format, it should contain no more than 1000 words.
Prospective authors are invited to submit abstracts by e-mail to bts@ieee.org. Each abstract must include at least two key words chosen from the topics mentioned above. Please indicate that the abstract is submitted to the IEEE International Symposium on Broadband Multimedia Systems and Broadcasting 2010, and include the corresponding author¡¯s full name and contact information including: Affiliation, address, e-mail, and phone number.
2. Submission of full papers - No later than 27 February, 2010.
Papers should be written following the IEEE paper templates available in the table below. Papers should be written in English, with a recommended length of 5-6 pages. Please, ensure that the bibliography obeys IEEE rules and is complete, i.e. page numbers, volume, etc, are provided.
All Technical Papers must be IEEE PDF compliant in order to be uploaded to IEEE Xplore. Papers must be tested for compliancy by checking them at our PDF Xpress site. The conference ID needed to set up your account is bmsb10x. The Final paper cannot be changed after using PDF Xpress. Doing so will null the compliancy.
Submit your Final PDF compliant Technical Paper, and a completed CopyRight Form to bts@ieee.org no later than 27 February 2010.

3. Oral Presentation
You will have 20 minutes for your presentation, plus 5 minutes for any questions and answers. Presentation dates, times and sessions are detailed in the Programme section.
Each technical session room will be set with a laptop (including PDF Acrobat Reader and MS Office 2003), an LCD projector, screen, microphone and laser pointer. Presentations may be placed on the laptop prior to your session, or used from your own flashdrive.
Please, note that the presenting author must register to ensure publication.
4. Poster Presentation
The poster format is A0 in portrait mode (1189 mm high x 841mm width; 46.81 inches high x 33.11 inches width). Materials to attach your poster will be available in the poster room.
